2. Poster

Please bring your poster on February 5th, 2019 in a printed form!

Poster format:
A poster board is approximately 150cm*120cm (W*H). An A0 size poster (84.1cm*118.9cm) fits in both horizontally and vertically.
The poster should be in the size between A1 and A0.

Structure of the poster:
Please make sure to include an explicit closing section on your poster titled “Discussion Points for Comparing Music and Language” at the end of the poster.

Printing:
As we unfortunately do not have the facilities to print the posters at the university, we ask you to have your posters printed in time for the presentations. There is a copy shop close to university that may help you with this. The copy shop is located on Universitätsstraße 69, 50931 Köln a 5 minute walk from the main venue. The price for printing a A0 for students is 25€.

3. Audio Guide

All poster presenters are requested to submit an audio guide of their poster. This way we would like to give every participant of the Spring School the chance to receive your personal additional information about and explanation of your poster outside the poster session. The posters will be accessible to all participants before and after the poster session during the lunch breaks.
