Childcare service

There is a childcare service for your children during the conference in the Paramecium, the childcare center of the University of Cologne.

The facility is located close to the conference venue (10 minutes walk or 1 tram station) and open during the weekdays (i.e., Monday – Friday) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm for children in the age between 4 months and 8 years.

The maximum care time is 8 hours per day.
The childcare is covered by a comprehensive insurance.

Childcare reservation must be made in advance.
If you are interested, please fill and sign this Form (Form 1) as well as download and carefully read all documents (Document 1, Document 2).

Please return the filled and signed form to Rie Asano (rie.asanouni-koeln.de) AND Aleksandra Hagemann (ahagema2smail.uni-koeln.de) till Wednesday, January 16th, 2019.

We are able to offer this child care service for four children on February 4th, 6th, and 8th (from 10 am to 6 pm) for free.

For the remaining days, you need to register at the back-up service of the childcare service – You will get more detailed information regarding the back-up service once you have contacted us.
